Nate Peters is the Chief Financial Officer of the Greater Watertown Community Health Foundation (GWCHF), a nonprofit organization advancing community health and development initiatives in Jefferson and Dodge Counties. Beyond his financial oversight role, Nate plays an instrumental part in guiding GWCHF's strategic direction and shepherding its individual projects from concept to implementation. 

GWCHF traces its roots to the former Watertown Regional Medical Center and today works to direct resources toward community health and development priorities. GWCHF’s areas of focus include social determinants of health, access to housing, mental and behavioral health services, and a schools-to-workforce transition program connecting local school districts with pathways into the health care workforce. Most recently, GWCHF partnered with the City of Watertown and three private home builders to develop an entire subdivision of modestly priced workforce housing that included 78 single-family homes, 18 twin-homes and a 92-unit workforce apartment building.
